Iris agricultural cooperative is located in the Oglio Sud Natural Park and, since the beginning, it aimed at producing biological products, such as durum wheat, soft wheat, spelt, vegetables, pumpkins, tomato and so on. It also dedicates to breed 60 pigs from which it produces local salami and cotechino, typical Cremonese products, and it produces different types of pasta and cereals.
