Bertolina is a humble cake made with fox grape. There are two different versions of the same cake: one is prepared with poor ingredients, such as fox grape, bread, sugar, lard or butter and one with more expensive ingredients like fox grape, flour, butter, granulated sugar, eggs, oil, icing sugar and powdered yeast.
