Castelleonese delicatessen begins its activity in 1968, dealing with pig butchery and Cremonese typical salami production. With time, Castelleonese delicatessen decides to abandon the butchery activities and focus only on meat and salami production. The cycle is completely managed by the delicatessen which then sells its products in the company store.
