Soresina Dairy was founded in 1900 as a cooperative to make cheese from the milk produced by its members. It holds a strong connection with the territory from which it obtains the main ingredient of their products: milk. From it, Soresina dairy produces Grana Padano, Provolone and butter, some of the typical products you can find in Cremona. Soresina dairy is the first producer of Grana Padano in the world.
